Custom Glass Suncatcher FAQ | Lumera Ritual
Materials, photographs, design approval, care, and delivery — explained without fine print.
What does Lumera Ritual make?+
Lumera Ritual turns photographs of meaningful places, homes, landscapes, landmarks, and pets into custom stained-glass-style suncatchers made on genuine glass panels.
Is every piece made from real glass?+
Yes. Lumera Ritual pieces use genuine glass rather than acrylic or plastic film. The artwork is printed directly onto the panel in layered UV-cured ink with fine tactile relief, then fitted into a metal frame; it is not a traditional mosaic assembled from separately cut leaded glass.
Can you make a suncatcher from any photograph?+
Most clear photographs can become a design. Bright images with recognizable shapes work best. If an image will not translate well, the studio will explain why before production.
Do I approve the design first?+
Yes. Custom commissions include a digital design preview. Production begins only after the customer approves the composition and important details.
How should I care for the glass?+
Hang the piece securely indoors or in a protected window, dust it with a soft dry cloth, and avoid abrasive cleaners, impacts, and prolonged exposure to severe outdoor weather.
Does Lumera Ritual ship internationally?+
Lumera Ritual is designed to serve customers worldwide. Available destinations, rates, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and may vary by country.
