Custom order timeline
The first digital design preview is normally provided within 2–3 business days after we receive usable reference photographs and order details. After you approve the preview, production normally takes 3–4 weeks before dispatch.

Ready-made order timeline
Ready-made items normally dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Tracked delivery
Orders ship with tracking. Delivery is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier conditions, and customs processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping destinations, duties, and taxes
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Address changes
Contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or been handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking does not update for an extended period, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment. If the package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photographs of the item, shipping box, and protective packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
