After your piece is made

Track an order without the guesswork.

Custom work has two stages: design and production. Tracking becomes available after your approved piece has been made and handed to the carrier.

Check your design email
The first digital preview is normally sent within 2–3 business days. Production begins after you approve it.

Allow for production
Production typically takes about 3–4 weeks after design approval. A shipping-speed label at checkout applies after production, not to the full custom-order timeline.

Open the carrier link
When the parcel ships, Shopify emails the tracking number and carrier link to the address used at checkout.
