Understand where your custom piece is—from design preview to tracked shipment.

After your piece is made

Track an order without the guesswork.

Custom work has two stages: design and production. Plan for approximately 5–7 weeks total: 2–3 business days for the first preview, 3–4 weeks for production after approval, and 7–14 business days in transit. Customs delays may add time. Tracking becomes available after your approved piece has been made and handed to the carrier.

    Check your design email

    The first digital preview is normally sent within 2–3 business days. Production begins after you approve it.

    Allow for production

    Production typically takes about 3–4 weeks after design approval, followed by 7–14 business days in transit. A shipping-speed label at checkout applies after production, not to the full custom-order timeline; customs delays may add time.

  3. 03

    Open the carrier link

    When the parcel ships, Shopify emails the tracking number and carrier link to the address used at checkout.
